Universal Service Order Codes (USOCs) Search
The USOC Search provides you with CenturyLink™ USOC information. To use this search, perform the following:
- Enter the USOC Name. (You may enter all or the first three characters of the USOC name)
- Press the Search button or press Enter on your keyboard.
- View the USOC Description, or if multiple USOC's appear, select the desired USOC.
- Select the association of the USOC to a product as found in the Corporate Product Database.
- Press the Reset button if you mistyped a USOC or wish to clear the USOC Name field.
